For application users, every response submitted from an email is recorded in Qflow’s audit log, associated with the user.
In the case of external users, the response is recorded with the email address of the user assigned to the task, and displayed as: Guest ([email protected]).
Additionally, for people who do not have a user account on the platform, Qflow offers the option to require two-step verification for submitting a response—just like in the task access scenario for external users, implemented in a previous version.
Which tasks are eligible?
This feature applies to tasks with quick reply enabled—those that allow a direct decision without the need to enter additional information.
If a task requires data input, role selection, or file attachments, the quick reply option will be automatically disabled, and email response won’t be available.
How does it work?
It’s very simple! When you receive an email for a task with quick reply enabled, you’ll see action buttons directly in the message.
Click on your chosen option, and Qflow will handle the rest.


In the event of tasks that require comments in their responses, after clicking the selected button, the browser will display a new screen with a text field to complete.
