Update

  1. In the Windows Control Panel, open the Add or remove programs window. Uninstall all Qflow components. To reduce the risk of leaving IIS in an inconsistent state, uninstall them in the reverse order of installation, that is, the web sites and the desktop tools first, and the backend components last:

    2. Qflow BPM

    3. Qflow Access

    4. Qflow Admin

    5. Qflow Team

    6. Qflow Design

    7. Qflow Task

    8. Qflow Web Services API

    9. Qflow MCP Server

    10. Qflow Authentication Server

    11. Qflow Backend API

    12. Qflow Backend services

  2. Access the new version’s installer and run Setup.exe with administrator privileges.

    1. Run the database installer

      1. Select Update Qflow database

      2. Make sure to correctly indicate the requested parameters

    2. Install the backend services (Qflow Backend services)

    3. Install the backend’s WebAPI

    4. Install the authentication server (Authentication Server)

    5. Install the MCP server (MCP Server)

    6. Install Qflow Task (end users site)

    7. Install REST web services (optional)

    8. Install Qflow Design (Business Process Modeler)

    9. Install Qflow Team (Organizational Model Manager)

    10. Install Qflow Admin (System Administrator and Monitor)

    11. Install Qflow Access (system access portal)

    12. Finally, you can optionally install the business process modeler (BPM) and the business process administrator (BPA). For this, you will need to open a console in administrator mode and run the corresponding .msi.
