Database model

Introduction

This document describes Qflow’s database schema, specifying how each of the fields that comprise it is used.

The manual’s purpose is to give you the necessary information to define reports that use information from the generated flows. This information is stored in Qflow’s database.

The usual practice is to publish the reports as web pages and add links to them in Qflow Task. To obtain information on how to add a link to Qflow Task and how to control the access to those links, visit Qflow Task’s manual.

Manual organization

This manual is divided into the following sections:

  • Data schema: it describes the Qflow tables that can be useful for report creation.

  • Entity Relationship Diagrams: it graphically describes the relationships between Qflow’s tables.

Data schema

This section describes Qflow’s tables and the fields that comprise them.
