The Qflow team started 2025 with a roundtable, an event for exchange where collaborators gathered to review the progress of the past year and chart the path forward.
The day was marked by an analysis of the tool and the definition of key strategies for the future of Qflow.
A clear focus for 2025
During the session, the focus for the year was defined: simplifying the product and incorporating new, attractive features to enhance the customer experience. In an ever-changing market, business processes grow and evolve, and so does Qflow!
With this direction, we aim to optimize our users’ experience by improving the accessibility and usability of the BPM tool.
Review and improvements in the tool
The roundtable also served as a space to review the latest changes and improvements made to Qflow in 2024: a year in which the tool was enhanced with significant changes and innovative features, such as the introduction of integrations with everyday tools and the optimization of artificial intelligence to automate processes.
Each collaborator shared their perspective, offering direct experience with the tool and feedback received from customers. One of the key points was analyzing the areas where users face difficulties, planning improvements in design and terminology (UX/UI) to continue driving a more intuitive and accessible platform.
Qflow demonstrates its commitment to innovation by planning the future of the tool in collaboration with its users, ensuring that every improvement and new feature is based on the real needs of the market.
2025 Roadmap
The event served as a platform to define the update roadmap for 2025, which will include the release of new versions.
Throughout the year, various features designed to enhance the user experience and optimize process management will be introduced. Among the new features to be presented are:
- Task responses directly from email for tasks with quick-response enabled.
- More AI in Qflow! Expansion of artificial intelligence use, including response prediction and the ability to generate processes from images in the AI Assistant by uploading a hand-drawn sketch or a design created in another tool, regardless of the notation used.
- A new drag-and-drop form designer to enhance customization.
- Simplified creation of new roles, allowing for more effective and agile management of your organization.
- And much more!
Conclusion
To close the working day, participants enjoyed a shared lunch. These types of gatherings strengthen the sense of team and Qflow’s shared vision: to continue evolving together to offer the best process management solution.
