Introduction
On Thursday, July 27, Qflow celebrated Let’s Flow! An event that gathered clients and Qflow representatives to share a breakfast while discovering the latest news and exciting future of the BPM tool.
The event was held at Hard Rock Café in Montevideo, right by the city’s coast. Around 9 in the morning, dozens of guests arrived, enjoying the unique view of the restaurant’s main lounge.
Prepared for the occasion, Hard Rock Café featured Qflow’s new image on screens and digital totems that welcomed guests.
Speakers
Javier Briosso (CEO), Agustina Brañas (Business Analyst), and Ignacio Acuña (CTO) were the presenters for the morning. They started the event by thanking everyone for joining them, and then shared the event’s schedule.
Qflow through time
The speakers went over Qflow’s history, reminding the guests of how the BPM tool allows its users to design, document, automate, control, measure, and improve business processes in a dynamic and efficient way. Guests got to witness Qflow’s evolution by watching a display of images showing the changes throughout its different versions, along with animations showing various use cases.
New version updates
With the help of dynamic product demos, the guests had the opportunity to discover the main features of Qflow’s next version before anyone else. This upcoming August, Qflow users will enjoy:
AI Assistant
A groundbreaking AI Assistant will help you design and automate your workflows, interpreting natural language to develop processes with the help of Artificial Intelligence. Powered by GPT, the AI Assistant offers results tailored to the user’s initiative: as the typed ideas get more specific, the generated design gets more detailed. Users will also have the opportunity to modify the design before setting it as the production version.
Quick response
The quick response feature optimizes time in process management, making it easy to complete tasks in an agile way from any “my tasks” customized view. Now, tasks with common predetermined responses can be completed simultaneously with the same option, with no need to assess the information available on the flow’s starting form.
Anonymous flow start
With the release of Qflow 5.3, users outside of Qflow will be able to start new flows, simplifying management for processes that require their interaction, such as scholarship requests in universities and job applications, among others.
Qflow users might find this feature useful when wanting to preserve their identities, for example when filing a complaint or suggestion form, situations in which they won’t see their names associated with the processes.
These and more features will be available this August with the release of Qflow 5.3.
Roadmap
In the last few years, Qflow has made a commitment to developing and releasing more frequent versions of the tool, staying at the leading edge, and innovating in the field of process management technology. To achieve this, Qflow will continue to add new features to suit its clients’ evolving needs, seeking a more efficient and simple way to manage your processes.
As part of the event, the speakers shared a sneak peek of Qflow’s roadmap, introducing some of the developing features:
The Kanban view will allow more efficient task management, suited for processes in which tasks pass through several statuses, such as Help Desk operations. New automated integrations with commonly used tools will be added, like Teams, SAP, Salesforce, and Slack, among others. Digital signatures will become available to authenticate the approving user’s identity in processes that require so, and forms will reach a new level of customization with Qflow Forms: a drag-and-drop form design tool.
Qflow’s growth
Throughout time, Qflow has experienced steady growth thanks to its clients’ support and renewed trust in the tool for process management.
As part of the event, a survey was made on Qflow’s top clients’ activity in the previous year, with results showing that 55 thousand active users were registered. According to the presentation, more than 7 million processes were started, and more than 8 million tasks were completed. Numbers speak for themselves, working as unquestionable proof of the tool’s success.
Closure
CEO Javier Briosso closed the presentation by thanking the guests for their trust in the tool and for sharing not only a common evolution journey for business management but also opportunities to connect and celebrate together, such as the one being held.
Qflow’s past, present, and future came together in a unique morning, concluding by sharing a delicious breakfast and enjoying some networking time between clients and Qflow’s representatives.
